Mhh they should have,but this is a long debated topic in some countries,I think they don't like to mess up with such situations.But,Not specifically this, there are tons of apps that many of us would love to see inbuilt.
No this theme isn't Pizero,Its a commercial one on Psiloc,Screenshots are from the official release.
